Fourth Email from Cortez

Dear family/friends/etc.,

Wow where should I start? So I got the pictures of the house in Spanish Fork. WOW! I cannot believe that this is going to be for real. I'm so excited for you guys though. That house looks pretty nice actually. It looks like a good place to raise a family. It is going to be scary but I know that you will end up liking it. And just look how close you will be to the Y. That will be awesome. I'm so excited for the fam. But you are right. That will be sad to leave lovely Weezer. I have had so many good experiences their and it will always be home for me. I got a ward newsletter this week which was pretty cool. Let them know that I was very grateful for that. I'm excited for that package from you and I'm glad to hear that Lizzy is doing so well. I think that she will like it in the King Henry Apartments. I've heard that it is where most of the "Cool" people live. She'll probably be engaged pretty soon though... just kidding... kinda.

As far a news from me. It's pretty much the same old same old. I'm still having the time of my life. Every day just flies by and by the time I get in my bed I am so tired. But it is a good tired. Missionary work is hard but it is so fulfilling. I can't believe how much people like us. I don't say that to be conceited but it's true. People just think we are the best things ever, and I honestly don't feel that much different. I think that it might be because of the way we live our lives. People can see that we love this gospel with all of our hearts and are striving to live it and to share the joy that it brings with everyone. It's hard to explain. I love Cortez. The people here are very nice and the people we are teaching right now are so nice. I have to tell you a story about a lady we've been teaching. Well she's about 92 and we go and help her with her yard and we try to teach her stuff. She wasn't very receptive and she would always say, "I'm not going to change". So yesterday we stopped by and she asked if, "We could just be friends". It was pretty funny actually. It was like she was breaking up with us. It wasn't because she didn't like us though. It was because she didn't want us to spend our time with someone we couldn't change. It's ok though we just told ourselves that we were getting her ready for the spirit world. Sorry I just read through that story and it wasn't that good or funny. Hopefully I can tell you a better one next week. Thanks for the addresses. I've gotta write some letters! Well goodbye for now, the church is true, and iI love you all very much.

Your loving son/brother/friend

HI! Not sure I can do this. This Marla Kay. GLAD you got the newsletter and enjoyed it. I just took your newsletter 'entry' from your blog and now that your parents have moved, I will continue to do that...If you would rather email me something specifically for the newsletter my email address is "acardlvr@yahoo.com" and I would welcome anything you want me to put in. Otherwise I'll just take something from the blog! I was SOOO shocked that your family moved! I had heard about them 'thinking' of it and then the next thing I knew they were already GONE! I have LOTS of family in that area. Any Marchbanks your family may meet are probably related to me. (I'm not sure if I should address this to you, Johnny, or you, Sonnet)
