Dearest Familia,
So I had another really great week here in Rio Rancho. Everything is going really well here. We had a good week. It was a bit slower because of the holiday but it was good nonetheless. Our thanksgiving was good. We ate with a kind of strange family it was nice but it will be nice to eat with my own strange family next year. It's good to hear that your Thanksgiving was nice. That's too bad that there were some fireworks though. And Christmas is coming so soon people's hearts are softened. For sure put my name in the drawing. I can't really think of anything that I need for Christmas besides a camera charger. I am looking forward to Christmas also because I get to talk to you guys. But this Christmas we only get to talk for 40 minutes! President's orders. That's going to be really tough but I know that I will be blessed for my obedience. Sorry that it will be so short but it will still be good I know.
Did you guys get the little package that I sent home? It had my sd card and a tie for Holden and something for you mom. I hadn't heard anything. I hope nothing happened to it. I'm sorry that I don't have more to write this week. It was just kind of slow. I don't really like holidays as much on the mission because I get a little homesick and it slows the work down a ton. Things are still good though.
We have so much to be grateful for in the church. I love the gospel. It's so simple. We run into a lot of confused people and the message that we have to offer really simplifies things for them... if they will just listen. Well I love you guys so much. Have an awesome week. The Church is true.
